Estate Auction featuring fine furniture, gold and silver items, artwork, fine collectibles such as Lennox and Cartier, household, crystal, flatscreen TVs, and more. All items selling without reserve, to the highest bidder. Please read our terms and conditions before bidding, and note the important dates and times for this specific auction.

BUYERS PREMIUM: There is a 10% Buyers Premium for this auction. 10% will be added to any winning bid to determine the final selling price of each item. CREDIT CARD FEE: Each credit card transaction will incur a 3% transaction fee. INSPECTION: Bidders will be allowed to inspect each item personally during this time. The inspection for this auction will be on Sunday, August 8 from 2pm until 4pm. Bidders must rely on this inspection to determine characteristics of each lot that determine value. AUCTION CLOSE: The auction will begin closing at 6pm on Sunday, August 8. Each item has a specific closing time that is 20 second after the previous item in the catalog. The first item will begin closing at 7pm, and each subsequent item will be staggered by 20 seconds. Bidding will be extended by 2 minutes on any item receiving a bid within the last 2 minutes. This allows us to determine the highest bidder, not the quickest bidder. AUCTION LOAD OUT: Bidders must arrive at 7878 W US-23 in Cheboygan (4 miles east of Mackinaw City) at their designated loud out time between 2pm and 6pm on Monday, August 9. Each winning bidder will be emailed a sign-up link for which to select a load out time between those hours. BRING HELP FOR LOADING LARGE ITEMS. LEIST AUCTIONEERS STAFF IS ONLY ALLOWED TO HELP YOU FIND ITEMS. WE WILL NOT BE HELPING WITH LIFTING AND CARRYING. Bidders who do not respond to Load Out will be charged for their winning bids. No other load out options are available so make arrangements with friends or relatives to pick up your items if you're not able to make it.

Winning bidders will have their registered card charged at auction closing. Bidders wishing to pay with cash or check at load out must indicate this desire at registration in the NOTES TO AUCTIONEER.
Shipping is available for select items only. Please contact Leist Auctioneers prior to bidding to determine if your item is available for shipping. For example, we will not be shipping precious metals until winning bidders are vetted, or we see them in person. Another example would be large amounts of small value items, these will not be shipped. LOAD OUT will be August 9 by appointment between 2pm and 6pm.
