American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company is pleased to present to you the estate of the beloved George F. Riley. George Riley, a wildly successful businessman who founded Clover Technologies that had over 450 employees and eight offices throughout the United States. Mr. Riley sold is company in 1988 to Ameritech (now AT&T) and turned his efforts into giving back to the community by founding, The Riley Foundation. The Riley Foundation became a pilar to the Farmington and Farmington Hills community and beyond. Charitable projects of the Riley Foundation also go toward: Angela Hospice in Livonia, The George F. Riley Healing Garden located at the Beaumont Cancer and Breast Care Center in Farmington Hills, and The Riley Wilderness Youth Camp in Novi. A $5 million gift from the Riley family became a major aspect of Detroit Public TV's capital campaign in 2005 - the largest in Detroit Public Television's history. Mr. Riley was the ultimate outdoorsman and was involved with the Safari Club International and traveled extensively all over the world as a hunter. He established the Riley Camp For Kids and gave back to conservations as well as youth education both for conservation and understanding the ecosystem of hunting animals. Most importantly, George Riley was a wonderful man and definately left the world a better place.

Buyers are responsible for rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company. **Very important: With exception of previous arrangements with American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, you MUST pick up your items on the specified date(s). If not, you understand and fully agree that you will be charged $100 per day for storage and any additional charges such as labor and hauling fees. Furthermore, American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company reserves the right to make attempts and resell your merchandise at any time after the published move out date(s). Pickup Date(s) All items must be removed on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. AND Thursday, October 25, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you prefer to have your items shipped, please see below: Shipping: American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company does not package and ship items. However, we will drop items off to your preferred packaging and shipping company at your expense near the Livonia, Michigan area. Keep in mind that shipping beer steins can be a costly process. In such cases, you will need to pay whatever shipping company you choose directly. Large and heavy objects such as couches, tables and items not generally easy to relocate will require you to contact a shipping company that can pick up the merchandise onsite. Auction Ending: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot each thirty seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last three (3) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional three (2) minutes. Some lots may be grouped together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all lots in that group. Debt Collection and Interest Charges: The buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the buyer. The buyer agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Livonia, Michigan. Limitation of Liability If, for any reason, American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser. Non Paying: In addition to the above, Understand that we are working for our seller. We have zero tolerance for non-paying bidders and we will proceeed aggressively to rectify such situations. In addition, non paying bidders information will become public information and distributed through multiple venues. Age Requirement All bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
