Auction to settle the Mahank Estate. The Mahank cottage on Lake Margrethe in Grayling is completely decorated with fine antiques and lodge style decor. This auction features nice antique furniture, garage tools, collectible autos and more. Please read and understand Terms and Conditions prior to bidding. Also be aware of auction close out, preview and pick up/load out dates and times.
A 10% Buyers Premium shall be assessed to all final bid amounts to determine the final selling price. For example: a item with a final bid price of $100 will have a 10% Buyer's Premium added to determine the final selling price of $110. A 3% processing fee will be assessed on all Credit Card transactions. All items are sold As-Is, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. Leist Auctioneers acts as an agent for the seller only, and is not responsible for statements or warranties authored by the seller. Leist Auctioneers has described and photographed items to the best of their ability to assist in the buyer's determination of value. The buyer is responsible for determing quality, condition, authenticity and value. Preview dates and times have been made available to provide the buyer with ample opportunity to determine value for themselves. NO ITEMS SHALL BE REJECTED DUE TO CONDITION. Leist Auctioneers is not responsible for accidents or damages to items which may occur at Check-Out, or during the shipping process. Payment is due at load out date and time. Auction Checkout and Pickup will take place on June 1, 2018 between 12noon and 6pm. Auction checkout location is 9270 Romany Ave, Grayling MI. All shipping will be conducted through USPS, UPS or FedEx. Leist Auctioneers will transport your items to the nearest shipping location, free of charge. Buyer is responsible for all charges associated with the shipment of their items. Leist Auctioneers is not responsible for damages which may occur during any portion of the shipping process.
