READ BELOW - Important Auction Information HOW DOES THIS WORK? It's simple. American Jewelry & Coin Auction LLC. is an Online Public Auction company specializing in jewelry, antique coins and other rarities. These items are offered for sale to the public on our website for a fixed period of time with a defined closing date and time. To register you simply sign up for an account on our secure website. Your information is validated and then you may begin placing your bids! HOW DO I REGISTER? At the top of your screen, click "Login/New Bidder." If you are a new bidder, click the black box. This will prompt you to enter your email address. You will be emailed a link to validate your email, and then you can finish your registration. It's fast, easy and secure. The whole process takes about 2 minutes. Your credit card will be validated by First Data (the world's largest payment processor) and in doing so, a temporary hold of $1 will be placed on your account to ensure the credit card is valid, and that only legitimate bidders are participating. This process is exactly like paying for gas at the pump! The charge will fall off of your account in 24-48 hours. HOW DOES THE AUCTION WORK? The auction is open for bidding as soon as it goes "LIVE" online. Bidding is super easy, at any time you can begin placing your bids and may enter a maximum bid. EXAMPLE: LOT #! - $5 Minimum Bid with no prior bids You can choose to bid $5 on this lot and you would be the high bidder. If someone bids $6, you would then be outbid. If you had placed a maximum bid of $10, and the other person had bid $6, you would automatically outbid the new bid, and would be the high bidder at $7. WHERE DO YOU GET ALL THIS STUFF? It comes from literally all over the world! American Jewelry & Coin Auction LLC. is a trusted seller for jewelry stores, high-end pawn shops, coin dealers, jewelry manufacturers and estate liquidators. Wholesalers can sell their items quickly and efficiently, directly to the public using our website. The ability to move items quickly saves them expensive holding costs associated with trying to sell the items at a retail location. WHAT ARE THE RULES? Please read the terms and conditions. All bidders must abide by the terms and conditions of the auction to make for a fair and even playing field for everyone. All sales in auctions are final. This is not the same as a retail transaction in that regard, t's important to ask any questions before you bid, a bid is a legally binding contract. Bidding Notice:
Bidding is NOW OPEN and will begin to close on Wednesday at HIGH NOON (12:00 PM EST). Registration is free and bidding is open to the public. You may place your bid at any time prior to the close of bidding - if you leave a maximum bid, the computer will bid on your behalf up to your maximum without going over. Just like eBay, your bid will not be raised unless another bid is submitted. Unlike eBay, if a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of bidding - time will be extended an additional 2 minutes to replicate a real life in person auction. REMEMBER: Many people bid in the closing seconds of an auction, so using the maximum bid feature is very smart if you do not want to lose your items!
Auction Notice:
SHIPPING: This is a 100% shipping auction. All winning bids will be combined and shipped in a single package, with the exception of art which ships directly from the art gallery.
