PLEASE DO NOT BID if you are unable to remove your items during the scheduled removal times. NO refunds will be issued due to failure to remove items at the pre-designated times. After the scheduled removal, items will be considered abandoned, and you will be charged a removal fee for disposal of your items. All winning bidders MUST pick up all items you purchased, on Friday, November 9th from 1:00 until 6:00pm OR Saturday, November 10th from 8:00 until noon. Please plan accordingly so that your TOTAL REMOVAL is COMPLETED by the above times. INTERNET BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase, no matter the form of your payment. For example, if your bids total $100.00 at check-out, you will be charged $115.00. PAYMENT: Wire Transfer or Credit Card Only - Visa / Master Card / Discover. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged for your full invoice amount at the conclusion of the auction. SHIPPING: Shipping MAY be available through Pack-N-Ship Center (906-863-4095) in Menominee, MI. They do not typically ship large items so you may need to arrange for other shipping services, if necessary. You will be contacted by the Pack & Ship facility and the shipping transaction and payment will be a separate transaction between you and them. Buyers are responsible for all packing, shipping and insurance costs. The auction company will transport SMALL items to the Pack-N-Ship Center as a courtesy - please call in advance. PICKUP: All winning bidders MUST pick up all items you purchased, on Friday, November 9th from 1:00 until 6:00pm OR Saturday, November 10th from 8:00 until noon. You must agree to accept and sign a Liability Waiver which will be available at pickup. If You Do Not Pick-up Your Items Or If You Fail To Make Arrangements For Pick-up Or Shipping, Your Items Will Be Disposed Of or Resold At Our Discretion. You Forfeit Your Rights To These Items, Even Though You Have Already Been Charged. REMOVAL OF ITEMS: Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC shall have no responsibility to disconnect utilities to the sold asset, including electric, gas, waste and water lines. It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to arrange and pay for the removal and shipment of purchased items. Also, it is the purchaser's responsibility to provide, and/or ensure their agents performing removals on their behalf provide, upon demand, evidence of a $1,000,000 insurance policy if you are bringing equipment onto the premises for moving purposes. Removal shall be conducted responsibly and with due care for the seller's premises. The purchaser shall restore and repair all real and personal property that is altered or damaged as a result of the removal of purchased items. Purchasers must bring their own moving equipment and personnel to move their purchases. There will be no personnel or equipment provided by Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC or the Seller. IMPORTANT: Bidders acknowledge that an auction site is a potentially dangerous place. Flammable, noxious, corrosive and pressurized substances may be present. Heavy equipment may be operated, and electrical circuits may be live. Every person enters the auction site at his or her own risk with notice of the condition of the premises and the activities that will be or have been conducted on the premises. Bidders shall so advise their agents and employees. No person shall have any claim against Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC, the seller or their respective agents or employees for any injuries sustained or for damages to or loss of property that may occur at the auction site. It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to meet all governmental safety and environmental standards in removing, shipping and using purchased items. Certain of the items for sale may contain 'hazardous substances,' as that term is defined under federal, state or local environment laws and regulations. We Highly Encourage Attending Or Scheduling Inspections Before Bidding. AUCTION CLOSING: Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC. Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will begin to close at specified times. Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC. Online Auctions feature a Soft Close. The Soft Close feature remains active until no further bids are received on an item within said items two minute closing window. When a bid is placed in the final two minutes of an item closing, the auction bidding will automatically be extended two minutes from the time the bid was placed. For Example: If an auction is scheduled to begin closing lots at 6:00PM and a bid is received at 5:59PM, the close time on that lot will automatically extend two minutes. The first item for the current auction is scheduled to close at 6:00PM CDT on October 26th. Items will close every thirty seconds there after unless there is still active bidding on said item, in which case that specific items closing time will be extended the two minutes until all active bidding has ended. For Example: The second item will schedule to close at 6:00:30, the third item closes at 6:00:50 and so on and so forth until all items have closed. Ocassionally, some items may be "linked' to each other in the closing process. IMPORTANT: Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Michigan and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in Menominee County, Michigan. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Menominee County, Michigan. PICK-UP WILL BE HELD ON FRIDAY NOVEMBER 9TH FROM 1:00pm - 6:00pm CST & SATURDAY NOVEMBER 10TH FROM 8:00am - 12:00pm CST Transportation fees will not be charged if you are having your order shipped and have contacted us prior to the end of bidding to make shipment arrangements. If You Do Not Pick-up Your Items Or If You Fail To Make Arrangements For Pick-up Or Shipping, Your Items Will Be Disposed Of or Resold At Our Discretion. You Forfeit Your Rights To These Items, Even Though You Have Already Been Charged. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!
